Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE] · Last updated [DATE]
This policy explains how Reverb Analytics ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit reverbanalytics.com (the "Site"), use our AI Adoption Index, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, work email, company, and anything you write when you submit our contact form or unlock a benchmark. For benchmarks, we also receive the industry, company size, state and metro area you selected.
- Information stored in your browser: the AI Adoption Index saves your last benchmark selection and whether you've unlocked it in your browser's local storage, so you don't have to re-enter them. This stays on your device; you can clear it anytime in your browser settings.
- Technical information: our hosting and font providers may automatically log standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance.
We don't use advertising cookies or sell your information.
How we use information
- To show you your benchmark results and respond to your inquiry
- To follow up about our services relevant to your request
- To send occasional insights, only if you opted in. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe
- To understand, in aggregate, which industries and regions are using our tools
- To protect the Site and comply with law
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, under terms that restrict how they use it:
- Formspree (form processing)
- Google Workspace (email and document storage)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Google Fonts (font delivery)
We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
Retention
We keep inquiry and benchmark submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no more than [24] months after our last interaction, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email legal@reverbanalytics.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, multi-factor authentication and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Data sources
The AI Adoption Index uses public, aggregated statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau's Business Trends and Outlook Survey. It contains no information about individual businesses.
Changes
We'll post any updates here and change the "Last updated" date above.
